Affiliate Application

Getting Started is Easy

To register as an IMS Pro A/V Affiliate, please complete the following:

  1. The IMS Pro A/V Online Affiliate Application below.
  2. It is required that we receive IRS Form W9 for USA Affiliates, a National Identification Number for International Affiliates or a copy of your Business Certificate if payments are to be made to a company in order for us to complete the process of setting up your account.  No payments will be made until we have this information on file. You may fax, mail or scan & email it to our office.

Once we approve your application, we will email you a link with instructions about how to complete the affiliate sign-up process along with instructions on how to place IMS Pro A/V banners and links on your web site including information on how to track your earnings.
