Service At Our Corporate Headquarters
Customers across the country regularly send in equipment to be serviced or upgraded. Our current charges are $95.00 per hour plus parts. Our minimum bench fee is $39.95. To make arrangements for any equipment to be serviced at our corporate headquarters, please complete our Service Department Authorization Form.
We will reply with a Service Authorization Number. Pack all items securely and place your Service Authorization Number on the label of the packing carton. Insure all equipment and accessories for their full value. Important: Do not send in any equipment for servicing before obtaining a Service Authorization Number from our support personnel or your item(s) will be refused. Please reference your Service Authorization Number or Work Order Number on all correspondence or have it available when you call a customer service representative.
Service At Your Location
On-site service is available worldwide. To schedule on-site service you must either call our office at 1.800.344.6434 M-F 9am-5pm ET or email email@example.com. For locations within the United States where we have technicians available, our current charges for on-site service are $150.00 per hour plus $50.00 for any part of the first hour of travel time, prorated thereafter. For on-site services further than 3 hours from one of our satellite offices or for a location outside the United States please contact us for a price quote.
