Commissions

IMS Pro A/V currently offers a Pay Per Sale commission of 5% on products or services when a referred visitor actually makes a purchase on the IMS Pro A/V Web Store. Commissions are tracked by the affiliate software via cookies, IP tracking, or PHP sessions. We offer a 60 day cookie to maximize your opportunities to drive sales from your web site to our store.

Bonuses

Bonuses Plans are available that can enhance your earnings. These bonus plans are only offered to certain affiliates based on their overall performance in our affiliate program.

We currently offer the following two Bonus Plans:

1. Sign-Up Bonus Plan: This enables you to earn a bonus for successfully signing up other websites to the IMS Pro A/V Affiliate Program;
2. Referral Commission Plan: This enables you to earn a percentage of every sale that is generated by a new affiliate that you sign up to our program.

Promotion

Each affiliate is given unique access to our affiliate promotion area. From this area you will have the materials that promote IMS Pro A/V products or services on your web site to potential customers. Promotion can be achieved via emails, image banners, text links, Flash banners, even customized HTML banners which enables you to use forms or JavaScript snippets as your media.

Tracking and Reporting

Affiliates will have access to our industry leading web-based software via a unique username and password. In this area you will be able to update information and track the sales and commissions you have earned in real time. Additionally, you can track the performance of specific links. This functionality and other performance reports help our affiliates understand which links are driving the most sales.

Payments

We will pay commissions/bonus on a monthly basis approximately 60 days following the competition of a verified sale. We will send you a check or electronic transfer for the commission earned during that period. We have a liberal customer return policy. The 60 day payment period allows us to calculate and subtract any returned sales. Payments will only be made as long as the affiliate is currently enrolled in IMS Pro A/V Affiliate Program, in good standing and abides by the terms of this contract. You must earn a minimum of $250.00 in commission before a payment will be processed. If this minimum is not met, your commissions will be carried over each month until your commission meets the required amount.
