As computers get faster more of our clients are moving to primarily software based studios. Whether you are considering adding an application, plug-in or sound library to your bag of tricks, being able to see, hear and "feel" the interface can be critical. Now you can try before you buy to help you decide that you are indeed making the right move.

Hardware

When available, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to tryout hardware such as a microphone, mic-pre or pair of monitors.  We want you to put it through the tests that will allow you to feel confident that you are making the best possible addition to your equipment list.

Live Venue Demonstrations

Houses of worship, schools, theaters, clubs and other live venues that are considering the installation of a new sound or video system, IMS Pro A/V can come to your facility and demo the equipment.  Hear how things will sound and look before you make a commitment. This can include speakers, amplifiers, processing, mixing consoles and projectors. Some of the manufacturers that we have partnered with in the past include: JBL, RCF, QSC, Sony, NEC, DB Technologies, Proxima,Yamaha/Nexo, L’Acoustics and Meyer.

PLEASE NOTE: Hardware and Software Try Before You Buy is provided as a courtesy, on a limited, case-by-case basis. Nothing personal. Sometimes we can and sometimes we can’t. Serious product inquires are to be made to sales@imsproav.com.

Terms and Conditions
• With the exception of a pre-arranged no cost, no obligation on site live venue product demo, the try and buy product "testing" period  is for up to 7 days after you have received the product. 
• Just prior to shipping the product, you agree to allow IMS Pro A/V to charge your major credit card in full for the products price along with shipping/handling/insurance charges.  Try and Buy products do not qualify for free freight.
• If you choose to return the product and is not received back to the location where we instruct you to send it within 14 days after initial receipt, you own it!
• To return an item you must use our on line system for customerservice@imsproav.com.
• You agree to be responsible for all costs associated with the return of a product including shipping/handling/insurance.
• All items must be returned with all the original packaging in new sell-able condition or no credit will be issued. In lieu of getting a full credit, you may be charged a restocking fee because of product damage or for missing items that came with the product such as cables, manuals, warranty cards etc.
• You agree that all product, packaging and credit decisions made by IMS Pro A/V are final and that no further action may be taken.
• Any refund due will be issued to your credit card account within 7 days after receipt of a returned product, less shipping, handling and insurance costs.
