Computer Repairs Service

IMS Pro A/V has an experienced staff of technicians ready to repair and upgrade your computer hardware and software.

Service At Our Facility

Service is preformed at our main location in The Stony Brook Technology Center. Customers across the country regularly send us equipment to be serviced or upgraded. Our current charges are $95.00 per hour plus parts. Our minimum bench fee is $39.95.

On-Site Service

On-site service is available to many areas. Our current charge for on-site service is $150.00 per hour plus $50.00 for any part of the first hour of travel time, prorated thereafter.

To Ship Us Items For Service

• Contact our service department at techsupport@imsproav.com
• Complete and Return the Service Request Form that we will email.
• We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
• Pack all items securely and place your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on the outside of the packing carton.
• Insure all your equipment and accessories (speak to your shipper for rates).
• IMPORTANT: Do not send in any equipment for servicing before obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from our support personnel or your item(s) will be refused.
