Checking Order or Repair Status

If you have a question regarding an order placed online or over the telephone, to check the status of
a repair or to request an order tracking number you can contact an IMS Pro A/V Customer Service
Representative by emailing status of an online order.

Returns and Exchanges

For items purchased that you deem defective, are dead upon arrival (DOA), damaged in shipping
