Inside Sales Consultants

Part/Full time positions are available in our main location located in East Setauket, NY on Long Island. This is not a traditional retail sales position. 3-5 years of experience is required in sales, preferably with knowledge of professional audio and video equipment used in TV and radio broadcast, ENG, recording studios, post production, film and live sound applications. Knowledge of computer hardware and software used in these applications is also a plus and will be considered in making final employment decisions. Some travel may be required.

Candidates must be well organized, be able to communicate effectively both on the phone and in face-to-face situations and have experience in generating their own accounts. Being able to close deals is essential. Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, Database, Accounting and Web Browser applications is required. Salary plus commission, salary only or commission only will be determined on proven experience and prior results. Full time employment benefits include health, dental, eye and chiropractic coverage, personal and sick days, holidays, vacation time and company pension plan.

Outside Sales Consultants Domestic and Abroad

We are currently looking to expand our consultant/sales network in locations throughout the world. Candidates may be self-employed as a freelance studio engineer, producer, consultant, educator, technician, etc. This can be a perfect situation to make additional income in the form of commission by recommending and selling to the end-user various products that will increase their productivity and meet their required needs. You will work in conjunction with company personnel at our main corporate office who will assist you with recommendations if need be, provide product literature, product prices and handle all the back office requirements. Full time positions are also available.

The ideal candidate typically has a lot of hands-on experience dealing directly with specific vertical markets, understands the needs of that market and is able to present solutions that would include hardware and/or software required to meet those needs. Some of those markets include: TV and radio broadcast, recording studios, post production facilities, film, corporate, education, theatre, houses of worship and live sound applications.

Web Site Assistant

Part/Full time positions are available. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required. Candidates must be proficient in working with Excel spreadsheets, Adobe Photoshop, Image Compression and the skills necessary to manipulate and upload data and graphics to our website. Person must be detailed-oriented and highly organized. Accuracy is a must. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all the members of our web team. Brass & Woodwind Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Brass and Woodwind Technician that has a full compliment of their own tools to help maintain our large rental inventory and repair business. Work may be performed in our shop or yours. This position is ideally suited for someone who is looking to pick up additional work during the school year and will be able to handle the increased workloads that occur June through September. We expect, high quality work. You must have the ability to estimate and keep accurate records for time & materials. Candidate must be reliable and be able to work independently. Regular communication with our office staff is required.
