In Store Pickup

IMS Pro A/V now offers our customers the ability to purchase products online with the convenience of in store pick up at our East Setauket, Long Island, NY location.

Online Order & In-Store Pickup Procedures:
1- Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.
2- Complete the "Billing Details" form and the "Shipping Details" form. Within the "Shipping Details" section,  please write the words "In-Store Pickup" in the "Comments" field.
ALSO write the best way to contact you in the "Comments" field, so we don’t spoil any surprises. Such as the Best Phone Number, Time of Day or Email Address you want us to use to notify you when your order is ready for pickup. 
IMPORTANT: Please let us know if you require any product(s) by a certain date.
