Seminar Highlights

With continued advances in technology, understanding the tools that we use in our work to produce audio and video projects has become ever more essential. Whether your goal is to increase productivity or to simply enhance your creativity, our team of specialists at IMS Pro A/V understand that knowledge is the key.

IMS Pro A/V offers a number of education resources such as one-on-one training sessions with an experienced consultant, multimedia tutorials, reference books and our well received free in-house Seminars and internet based Webinars.

Free Seminars

Seminars are usually held at our corporate office in Stony Brook, New York. Seminar speakers include manufacturer representatives, product support specialist and industry leading professionals. Topics are diverse; from improving your recordings with the use of software plug ins to the room tuning of your speaker system.
In the past we’ve hosted seminars on products from: Apple, Digidesign, Mackie, Waves, Roland, M-Audio and TC Electronics among others.
There is always time for questions and we serve complementary coffee and cake. We even have giveaways from time to time! There is no fee; our seminars are free although seating is limited. You can reserve a seat by either calling our office at 1.800.344.6434 or by filling out the Seminar Signup Form.

Free Webinars

A webinar is a seminar conducted via the internet. Webinars allow our distant customers and interested parties to participate and learn too. When webinars are presented directions for viewing them will be made available.

Custom On-Site Seminars

We can also arrange on-site seminars at the location of your choice and the topic of your choice. We’ve conducted seminars in both corporate and educational environments on a variety of subjects for audiences of varied technical ability.
