Steps For Purchase

  1. To purchase an item, click the add-to-cart button and checkout.
  2. E-mail your student ID or teacher credentials/ID to academic@cycling74.com as a small image (maximum size 500 pixels wide). Photos may be taken by camera, phone, or computer.
  3. After your ID is received and confirmed, you will receive authorization instructions.

Important Notes

  • Max 6 includes MSP and Jitter.
  • The product you purchase will be registered in your name only.
  • The product you purchase can only be returned within 30 days of purchase, if you do not authorize it.
  • The 12-month, temporary Max authorization is not renewable and not upgradable.
  • If your 12-month authorization has expired and you would like to purchase a full license, please email academic@cycling74.com to request the $39 Promotion Code discount. It cannot be applied to the Max 6 upgrade!
  • Expired identification will not be accepted.
  • Discounted software is download only — no packages will be shipped.

For Teachers

To qualify for the teacher discount, you must hold K-12 or higher education faculty credentials. We will need a copy of the credentials, identification, or a letter from a department head.

Sorry, this discount is not available to people who teach occasional workshops.
